Processing Times
For my current processing times, please see individual listings. All items ordered are handcrafted and go in to a queue. Depending on how busy I am with making orders, I may be able to ship you order sooner. If you need an item to arrive for a particular date please get in touch and I'll do my best to help.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Kingsley Leather has a 30-day refund policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you would like to return an item please contact me on hello@kingsleyleather.co.uk to arrange the return. Buyer is responsible for the return postage cost. If the item is found to be faulty, defective, significantly not as described or a mistake has been made then Kingsley Leather will cover the cost of return via standard shipping.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned (unless faulty, defective or significantly not as described):
1. Personalised items that have been stamped with a name, initials, date or short message.
2. Bespoke items and orders where an item has been crafted specifically to your design or requirements.

Care Instructions
Thank you for choosing me! I am a 100% genuine handmade leather item.
Here's how you can care for me:
Please avoid getting me wet. If I do get wet, keep me away from light coloured clothing and allow me to dry naturally. Clean me with a dry cloth or soft brush. From time to time you may wish to treat me to some good quality leather conditioner.

Personalisation
The majority of my items can be personalised free of charge. To do this please enter the required initials/name/date in the personalisation section before adding the item to your cart. The letters used will be 7mm tall and UPPERCASE only.

Gift Wrapping and Packaging
All orders are sustainably gift-wrapped or boxed ready to be given as a gift. I do my best to avoid using unnecessary plastics in the packaging.
If you want to send an gift order directly to the recipient and do not want the pricing to be displayed on the receipt, please mark the order as a 'gift' in the note to seller. A gift reciept will be included instead.
